We got our first bunny, Oreo, in June of 2021 and then got four more bunnies the day after. Since then, we have had what feels like a couple hundred bunnies born on the farm. They are quickly swooped up and given a loving home by family members, friends, campers, and even a local pet store.
Bunnies
The bunnies eat bunny food and critter pops, carrots or lettuce as treats. They receive medical care as needed. Their most common injuries come from each other - sometimes they can get in a little fight resulting in wounds to the skin and noses. We treat these injuries with medicated wipes, Neosporin, and a little TLC - the injured bunny often gets VIP treatment and gets to live in the house while it is healing.
